About HUKUK PROGRAMLARI Co. Ltd.

The company, which has established in 1990 with the aim of creating a legal data bank, at the beginning created a program that can be updated via floppy disks and allow its users to see decision of the Court of Cassation on their computers. The program named "The Court of Cassation Decision Computer Program" and it was requring the MS-DOS operating system.

In 1994 it was possible for the first time in our country to connect online to the Court of Cassation and see the phases and results of the cases by the system which established by our company in Sirkeci Courthouse.

Over the years, our products which consist of decisions of the Court of Cassation and legislation of the Republic of Turkey has reached thousands of users. In addition to this, Hukuk Programları Co. Ltd. is now welcoming you with basic arguments of law such as desicions of the Turkish Constitutional Court, legislation of the Republic of Turkey and Turkish Law Bibliography by HukukTürk.

Our country is in the integration process with the European Union and in this framework Turkey has made sweeping reforms especially on legal field and this important changing still goes on. This process increases the importance of web-based technology and internet communication. On the other hand, the widespread useage of the internet provides ease of instantly access to complex, intense and fast-changing information. Moreover, it is obvious that the following process will develop in the same line and increasing tempo.

All of these important developments almost made internet usage an obligation for us which has already been indispensable.

Incessantly since 1990 until today, "Legal Database" project continues on its way by developing with HukukTürk we offered.
